With nearly 30 years in Optometry between them, Rups and Nish Pattani sought a change to better suit their family life. 'You know the feeling when you think you might have stumbled across ‘the next big thing’? Well, this is how we feel about fit20,' says Nish. Initially sceptical, Rups was convinced after experiencing fit20 firsthand. Now, they’re passionate about bringing this innovative concept to their community in Leicester, offering a unique fitness experience.

Matt was a customer before becoming a studio owner, and his experience with fit20 was life-changing. 'fit20 is a groundbreaking way to help people with their health and fitness,' he says. After seeing impressive results, Matt decided to turn his passion into a career. Since 2019, he’s been running a successful studio in Stocksbridge, where he combines fit20 with his love for Yoga, helping members achieve strength and wellness in a mindful way.
