General Terms and Conditions of fit20

Note: Upon entering into a fit20 membership, the respective studio will provide its terms and conditions, which may differ on certain points from the terms outlined below.

Privacy & intakeformulier

  • All personal data provided to your fit20 studio for the purpose of your training and guidance will be treated with respect by the fit20 trainer and will not be made available to third parties unless you expressly give permission.
  • During the introductory training and for your registration, we ask you to fill in an Intake Form. With the help of this information, we gain insight into your health, fitness level, and the goal of your fit20 training. This allows us to better guide you and reduce the risk of injuries.
  • Before each training session, you will inform your fit20 trainer of any relevant health or fitness conditions necessary to provide effective and responsible training.
  • This information will be recorded. During your training, training data such as your performance and results will be recorded.
  • By signing the Membership Agreement, you expressly consent to the above-mentioned data being recorded.
  • You can find fit20's privacy policy on the website.

MembershipFeePayment

  • The membership fee is collected by direct debit or automatic card payment. To do so, a separate authorisation form is completed simultaneously with the Membership Agreement. The first time, the pro-rata amount until the end of the month is debited along with the initiation fee. Subsequently, the membership fee is debited at the beginning of each month. The payment will be indicated as a Direct Debit authorisation on the customer's bank statement or automatic payment on card statement. No separate payment overview will be provided.
  • Upon joining the membership, a one-time initiation fee is collected to implement your data in the administration and the trainers' application.
  • Upon termination of the membership, a Termination Form is signed, allowing you the option to either destroy your data or keep it for 3 years. In the latter case, if you become a member again within this period, the fit20 studio will not charge an initiation fee.

Invoice for Corporate Program
  • In the corporate program, the company receives a monthly invoice via email. The amount is collected by a direct debit authorisation. The first time, the current amount until the end of the month is invoiced along with the initiation fee. Subsequently, invoicing takes place at the beginning of each month.

Reversal of Direct Debit or Credit Card Authorisation
  • In the event of an (unjustified) reversal of the continuous direct debit or credit card authorisation by the customer (or the customer's bank), the customer will receive an immediate invoice as a payment reminder, requesting payment with the debtor number and invoice number stated. Administrative costs of £10 may be charged.
  • Failure to comply with the specified payment term, as stated in a sent reminder, will result in the member receiving a summons letter, requiring payment within fourteen days of receiving the summons letter. Failure to comply will result in the claim being handed over to a collection agency, with a claim for statutory (commercial) interest, customary extrajudicial costs, and, in the case of legal proceedings, also the additional costs and court costs.
  • In case of default as described above, the fit20 studio has the right to suspend its services and deny access to the studio to the member, or to terminate the agreement. No separate notice of default is required for termination. The payment due date is considered a strict deadline.

Upon entering into the membership, the terms and conditions will be provided.
