2. How does fit20 work?
fit20 is a science-based unique training method. We train your muscles in a smart and safe way to their maximum potential. This type of training produces a very strong signal for your muscles and other body systems to improve; to step up their game. This is the essence of fit20: training your muscles not only to increase your strength and endurance, but also to improve your overall health. We have adult clients of all ages who are benefitting from fit20 training.
3. Why does it only take 20 minutes?
fit20 training is short but highly efficient. We use 6 specialised machines to train all your major muscle groups. It is a true full-body workout. Since your trainer guides you to reach your maximum effort in about 2 minutes, you complete the entire workout in just 20 minutes. Training longer with this method would not give you greater benefits.
4. Why only once a week?
Because the training is intense, your body needs 5–7 days to fully recover and build strength. After your training is when your body starts turning your training effort into improvements. More frequent sessions aren’t necessary and could even be counterproductive.
5. How is fit20 different from other fitness programmes?
Above all, fit20 is personal training. You work directly with your trainer who coaches you through the fit20 optimised training program. You train by appointment, with no need to change clothes or shower. This saves time and eliminates hassle. You will not find mirrors, music or crowds at fit20. Your trainer ensures you have an optimal training experience every week. All you have to do is show up and give your best; your trainer takes care of the rest.
