To do an entire workout and feel like you do after 20 minutes; It’s amazing. My name’s Chris Healy, and I’ve been coming to fit20 for about a year now.
Why did you originally seek help?
I work in the IT industry so am sitting all day long. And as a consequence of that I started getting back problems and feeling very stiff. My wife introduced me to fit20 and I was looking at the material and just trying to understand the concept of getting fit in just 20 minutes a week. It seemed a bit strange. But the more research I did, the more fantastic it seemed. And the fact that you can come and trial it for a couple of goes to understand how it makes you feel - as soon as I did the second session I knew that I was going to join.
What results have you noticed?
My movement and strength is a lot better, just silly little things like moving stuff around at home and not being scared of putting my back out or getting injured. It just gives you a bit more confidence as well.
Why does fit20 work for you?
It’s literally 20 minutes. To do an entire workout and to feel like you do after 20 minutes; it’s amazing. I have pretty busy days; I work, I’ve got 2 kids, have the school run, make dinners etc. so I just find that 20 minutes is perfect.
What would you say to someone who’s not sure if fit20’s for them?
I would definitely recommend coming to do a session just to understand how the equipment works, how the trainer will work with you. fit20 has that ability to give you that intense workout in a small period of time. And you know that your muscles are still working and recovering in between sessions.
