From Pain to Strength
When Emily joined fit20 Farsley in Leeds over a year ago, she was struggling with back and shoulder pain caused by her desk-based job. Despite trying physiotherapy, the issues hadn’t fully resolved, and she realised she needed to address her strength.
The personalised, 20-minute weekly sessions at fit20 helped Emily tackle these challenges. Now, her back and shoulder pain have disappeared, and she feels much stronger overall.
She explains, 'I feel like I could walk forever now', and adds that she's noticed a big improvement in her overall fitness and day-to-day well-being.
