What first motivated you to try fit20, and how did you feel after your first session?

'I was looking for something that would help me maintain my strength and support my bone health, which has become more important to me as I’ve gotten older. What would you say to someone your age who’s unsure about starting a new fitness routine like fit20?

'I’d say, just give it a try. You don’t have to be fit to start. fit20 meets you where you are and helps you build strength safely and steadily. As someone in her 50s, I was concerned about bone density and long-term health, and this has given me real peace of mind.
