The largest study ever done in exercise science, the fit20 study, was published by Solent University in England in 2022. Based on the training data of nearly 15,000 fit20 practitioners, the conclusion of the fit20 study is crystal clear. The scientific evidence is there. Everyone regardless of age, gender and starting level became 30 to 50% stronger as a result of the fit20 training.
